Looking for an idea for a great getaway for you and your children? The picturesque Rabka-Zdrój is a perfect destination! Built by Krucabomba, Rabkoland is a fantastic place for a full day of fun. But that’s not all—throughout Małopolska and the surrounding area of Rabka-Zdrój, you’ll find plenty of other attractions to explore 😍
Rabkoland — Your First Amusement Park!

The Rabkoland crew is ready to welcome Guests! Krucabomba has oiled the machines, Mr. Bumblebee has watered the flowers, and Clown Mareczek has tidied up the entire place!
All of this means our amusement park is waiting for you with open arms. The park is mainly visited by families with children aged 2 to 10. You’ll find 6 themed zones, 48 attractions, and 9 dining spots. Sounds great, right? Rabkoland is filled with fantastic fun combined with learning and development for the youngest visitors.
In the park, you can hop aboard the sky-reaching Viking Ship, discover where the mice play, and when it gets hot—jump under the Spitting Totems! If you enjoy high-flying adventures, don’t miss a ride on the Great Space-Time Twister. So many attractions to choose from! Visit Rabkoland and meet its wonderful characters.
Graduation Tower and Mineral Water Pump Room

Janek Wróbel has another interesting place for you! Along Jordan Avenue, you’ll find the Tężnia Solankowa w Rabce-Zdroju and the Pijalnia Wód Mineralnych w Rabce-Zdroju—a space designed to help your body relax and recharge.
Inside the wooden pavilions, you’ll discover a hall offering a wide selection of therapeutic mineral waters, as well as a public graduation tower, which acts as an open-air inhalation zone. The structure is filled with blackthorn branches over which brine trickles down. The result? A unique salt-rich microclimate enjoyed by visitors strolling around the tower.
Microelements that enter the respiratory system and are absorbed through the skin support the nervous and immune systems, and can also help in managing allergies and thyroid conditions. It’s definitely worth a visit! Our Aunt Marynia can’t imagine a week without stopping by this charming place.
Spa Park in the heart of Rabka-Zdrój

If, after leaving Rabkoland and having fun with the Irenka Sheep, you still have the energy for a short walk, we recommend a visit to the Park Zdrojowy w Rabce-Zdroju. It’s truly the crème de la crème of the entire area.
This historic place, over 150 years old, is filled with beautifully arranged flower gardens that would impress even a true plant lover like Mr. Bumblebee. The space was designed for those who enjoy spending time outdoors. In summer, it’s an oasis of colors, birdsong, and wonderful scents; in winter, it becomes a peaceful walking spot surrounded by mountain snow—and sometimes even lively sleigh rides.
You’ll find playgrounds, a gazebo, a fountain, and cafés here. Sports enthusiasts can use the football and volleyball courts, while cycling fans can enjoy the bike paths. And here’s a little tip: when the day of fun at Rabkoland comes to an end, Clown Mareczek visits the park to feed the local… squirrels! And there are plenty of them.
Teatr Lalek Rabcio (Rabcio Puppet Theatre)

Anyone who wants to feel the magic of theatre, costumes, and acting should definitely visit the Rabcio Puppet Theatre. A visit to this venue not only sparks creativity but also provides entertainment and truly unique experiences.
The youngest guests (often joined by the Irenka Sheep) watch the performances with excitement and wonder. Among the plays are titles such as “Puss in Boots,” “Pinocchio,” and “Little Bugs.” However, the theatre in Rabka-Zdrój is also a space for adults! Thanks to performances that explore more complex themes and deeper topics, there’s something for everyone. Highlights include “Ballads and Romances” and “What a Scandal!”
It’s a place where you simply want to watch, listen, and smile. The actors have earned their reputation through a rich repertoire and participation in numerous festivals. That’s how you build a career! If only our Crocodile Oskar had such stage talent…
Skansen Taboru Kolejowego w Chabówce (Railway Rolling Stock Heritage Park in Chabówka)

If you’re in the mood for a history lesson combined with iconic symbols of the past, a visit to the Railway Rolling Stock Heritage Park in Chabówka is a perfect choice.
This site, with over 30 years of history, was created on the grounds of a former locomotive depot and showcases a wide range of exhibits related to the history of railways in Poland. Visitors can see decommissioned steam locomotives, snowplows, lime wagons, cranes, and electric locomotives.
Fans of historical documentation won’t be disappointed either—there’s a rich collection of written materials in the on-site exhibition room. And if you’re lucky, you might catch the annual “Parowozjada” event, featuring steam locomotive shows, rides, and competitions between railway crews. The Irenka Sheep are keeping their hooves crossed for you!
Muzeum im. Władysława Orkana (Władysław Orkan Museum)

If you’d like to explore the history and culture of the region, a visit to the Władysław Orkan Museum is a must! It is located in a historic wooden church dating back to the first half of the 17th century.
As Krucabomba suggests, the exhibits are organized by theme—covering areas such as agriculture, craftsmanship, clothing, and art. As you explore, you’ll notice traditional farming and shepherding tools, as well as local pottery. You’ll also find folk costumes of the Podhale highlanders and the Zagórzanie people. By the way, now you probably know where Aunt Marynia and Hanka get their outfits from!
Younger visitors will surely be fascinated by the toy exhibits, which are very different from modern gadgets. You won’t find plastic or electronics here—these are items made from wood and clay. And here’s a fun fact: one of the wooden sculptures, depicting Christ the Pensive, caught the attention of none other than Pablo Picasso! He visited Wrocław during the Congress of Intellectuals in 1948, where an exhibition of Polish folk art featured the sculpture from Rabka-Zdrój. Picasso is Picasso—but who knows, maybe one day our Clown Mareczek will achieve similar artistic fame!
Muzeum Górali i Zbójników (Highlanders and Robbers Museum)

It is said that Rabka-Zdrój is the gateway to Podhale, so before diving into the local culture, it’s worth broadening your knowledge of regional traditions. The Highlanders and Robbers Museum is the perfect place to do just that.
The exhibitions focus on Carpathian bandits and the highlanders who inhabited these lands. During your visit, you’ll explore Podhale traditions in an interactive way—learning about daily life, customs, and even earning the “Robber Tracker Badge”! The museum also presents the life and work of Jan Fudala (Jaśko from the Gorce Mountains), as well as a trail of highlander humor featuring drawings by artists such as Zygmunt Pytlik.
Workshops are also held here, including “Wooden Souvenirs,” “Glass Painting,” and “Painting with Yarn.” The museum is located in a picturesque setting by the Raba River, inside a historic highlander cottage. It’s one of our inventor Krucabomba’s favorite huts—and we can definitely sense some inspiration there!
Viewing Tower on Polczakówka

Put on your hiking boots, pack some sandwiches, and head out for a mountain walk. Where to? To Polczakówka (also known as the Royal Mountain), where you’ll find a scenic viewing tower.
This sky-reaching structure lets you admire the panorama of the Gorce Mountains—and much more! From here, you can also enjoy views of Luboń Wielki, the majestic Tatra Mountains, and even the surroundings of Rabkoland. The hike takes only about an hour and a half. For experienced hikers, like our Swen Rudobrody, it might feel even shorter!
Importantly, the trail isn’t overcrowded, so you can truly enjoy peace and quiet. The tower itself is over 25 meters tall, made of wood, and very distinctive. Climb to the top and take in the breathtaking views from above—it’s absolutely worth it!
Fountain by the Promenade – a place for relaxation and fun
In the center of Rabka-Zdrój, right by the promenade, you’ll find a popular fountain—a favorite spot for children and families. In summer, it becomes a refreshing water attraction, while in the evenings it delights with colorful illumination. It’s a perfect place to take a break during a walk through the spa area of the town.
St. Nicholas Monument – a fairytale symbol of Rabka
Did you know that Rabka-Zdrój has its own… St. Nicholas? His smiling statue stands in front of the historic railway station building (Zakopiańska Street) and catches the attention of the youngest visitors. The monument is a reminder of childhood joy and the festive magic that lasts here all year round.
