Why choose the Maciejowa trail from Rabka? If you enjoy beautiful views but also want to reach your destination quickly with a small child, Maciejowa is a good choice.

The Green Trail to Maciejowa from Jasionów

The shortest, yet very pleasant, route is the green trail from Jasionów, which is 2.2 km long; in this case, the walking time is about 50 minutes. The trail quickly leads into the forest, making it an excellent choice for sunny summer days. The total elevation gain along the entire route is only 145 meters. From the point where the green trail meets the red trail, turn right; within 10 minutes, you should reach the shepherd’s hut.

In this case, it will take about 2 hours to reach the summit, though a significant portion of the route is a stroll through town. The trail runs along the edge of the beautiful Spa Park, on paved roads, between buildings. Then we leave the town and walk through fields and meadows. After an hour of leisurely walking, we should reach the summit of Maciejowa (815 m above sea level). If you decide to walk from Rabka to Maciejowa in the summer, remember to wear a hat, as almost the entire trail is in full sun.
